Specific Installation Guide - Joomla

This article explains how to add the chat box code onto a Joomla website.

1. Start by logging into the Joomla site editor
- Go to the main website of the business
- Add “/administrator/?wsg” to the end eg. plumbing123.com to plumbing123.com/administrator/?wsg
This will open up the login page for you.
If LeadChat will install: we need to get the username and password from the client.

2. In the left side menu go to Content > Articles
You need to edit each one of the pages individually.

3. To edit a page:
- Click on the Title to open the editor
- Switch from Editor view to Code view
- Paste the chat box code before any existing text
- Click Save & Close

4. Repeat for all pages
