Specific Installation Guide - Website done for you

If you are the client and this is your website, please skip to step 2
1. The client needs to send an invitation to support@leadchat.com
Once you have this email, click the link and enter the email and password provided.

2. Once logged in to websitedoneforyou, you will land on the Site Overview. Click the red 'Edit' button
*If there is more than one site listed in the overview section, be careful to click edit on the right one

3. Choose any of the pages to edit, for example the home page

4. In the left navigation bar click 'widgets' and select </> HTML 
Drag and drop the HTML box onto the website page at the very top of the page to add. Then paste in the iframe code.

5. Click 'Update' to close the HTML editor box

6. Click 'Republish' in the top right corner to make your changes live.

- If the website has a header = you can drag the HTML box into the header and it will apply to all pages.
- If the website does not have a header = you will need to go to each page one by one and add a HTML box to each

How do I know if the page has a header?
While looking at the page you can hover over the logo and a box will appear around the logo and navigation that is labelled 'Header'.
You should also go to the website and make sure the chat appears on all pages of the site
