Lead Limit / Capped Leads

Lead Limit / Capped Leads

What is a Lead Limit?
Lead Limits are used to cap the number of leads collected per month.
The reason a client may elect to apply a lead limit is when a client wishes to set a ceiling price of their subscription per month.

What happens when I reach my limit?
If you have a lead limit turned on for your account: once your account reaches the maximum number of leads - the chat box will turn itself off and disappear from your website.
Limits are applied on a monthly basis, so on the 1st of the next month - the chat box will automatically reappear again.
