Managing Lead Notification Emails
You can choose one or multiple email addresses to receive automated, real-time email notifications when a lead is collected.
See below how to add or update the Lead Notification recipients:
1. Login to your account via https://chatsystem.io
2. Open the to the 'Manage Notifications' tab on the left side panel 3. Under 'Primary (Lead Notification) Contacts' you can add / edit or delete as many email addresses that you want to receive the lead notification. 4
. Make sure to hit 'Save Contacts' to save your changes.
What are the other types of contacts?
- Support contacts: other important contacts to the business
- Billing Contacts: the email/s that should receive invoices
- Urgent Contacts: if there is a separate email for out of hours / emergency contact
Do I need to fill in all of the contact types?
No, only the lead notification email is required.
