Editing FAQs

The FAQs define the conversation flow the agents will follow with your customers for proper lead qualification - as well as responses to general questions to provide support to website visitors.

You can update your FAQs at any time.
Once you submit your FAQ changes, of our Quality Assurance team will review your submission, check for correct spelling and formatting and approve it for use within 24 hours.

How to ADD NEW FAQ
1. Login to https://chatsystem.io
2. Select 'FAQs' from the left side panel
3. Select "+Add FAQ" located on the right hand side.
4. Select the Type:
- Mandatory questions must be asked by the agent before capturing a lead. 
- General FAQs are additional responses for the agents to use.
5. Add your Question & Answer
6. Once complete hit Submit


How to EDIT EXISTING FAQ
2. Select 'FAQs' from the left side panel
3. Click the pencil icon in the 'Edit' column next to the FAQ you want to change.

4. Make the necessary changes to the FAQ Type, Question or Answer.
5. Once complete, click "SUBMIT FAQ FOR REVIEW” to notify the LeadChat team.*
