The Chat Flow

The primary function of the chat is to qualify potential customers and collect lead information.
Below is a flow chart of a typical interaction between a visitor and a chat agent.

First the visitor will engage with the chat which automatically sends a customised welcome greeting.
The agent will request a name from the visitor, the exact response is determined by the nature of the enquiry.
The agent will then check the FAQs provided to find a response to the visitors query.
Next the agent will ask any qualifying questions required by your business to make sure it is a valuable lead. 
Finally, the agent will confirm the leads contact information back to them within the chat.
