Google Analytics Guide

There are simple chat analytics available for you in Google Analytics.

Log into your analytics account, click on the Behavior section, then Events, then Top Events


Once you click into LiveChat, you will see up to three different types of events.


1. Automated greeting - this is where we have proactively popped up on the visitors screen

2. Chat - this is where the visitor has engaged in a chat with us

3. Post-chat survey - this is use din instances where we run specific chat surveys
